United States of America has a very rich culture because of the different states that it has. Every state has its distinct and unique feature as regards to the geography, climate, culture etc. One of such states of United States of America is Arizona. Arizona is a very beautiful state of the United States of America and so is its real estate. There are many beautiful places and real estates that have very interesting and rich history. It is in the southwest of Mesa, which is in Maricopa County, at a distance of eleven miles. At present the population of Chandler is 234,939. The town of Chandler has grown very fast over the years. The town has been renovated for making it more comfortable for the travelers. The major source of income for the residents of this town is manufacturing and service sector. This is amazing because initially this town was built and extended on the basis of its agriculture land. Rather it was turned into a planned town on for irrigating its agricultural land. Well, this is a very interesting story.

Dr. Alexander John Chandler, a veterinary surgeon, bought eighty acres of land from the federal government in the year 1891. he used this land to build a Chandler Ranch on it. Later on Dr. Chandler started a Consolidated Canal Company with two of his friends. With the passage of time had acquired eighteen hundred acres of land around there by the year 1911. When the Roosevelt Dam was completed, the people who owned land around that area could not irrigate area more than one hundred and sixty acres of land.

Now that Dr. Chandler had way more land than one hundred and sixty acres of land, he had to find a way of somehow irrigating all of his land. So what he did was that he hired the help of a city planner and an architect. His plan was to build a planned community so that he can easily irrigate all of the land that is agriculturally rich and productive. The town of chandler became officially recognized in the year 1912. Initially there was just a dining hall, a town office and a grocery store. Then a central park was built. Apart from that the city was renovated with designed landscapes and walkways that were lined with trees. After that the golf resort was built in the own along with a luxury hotel. It was called the San Marcos Hotel. It was opened in the year 1913 on 22nd November.

This is how an Arizona real estate and its surroundings developed. Another such Arizona real estate is Las Vegas Ranch which is located in the northwest of Prescott at a distance of seventeen miles. This has been in the pierce family since 1959 and they have build and developed it with their heart and soul. The ranch has won many wards for best practices over the years. Some of these awards are Wildlife Habitat Stewardship Award and Private Lands Fish & Wildlife Stewardship in the years 2005 and 2006 respectively.
